1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InvoiceMo (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceMo is an invoice generation platform for online sellers and resellers, primarily serving the Philippine market. We provide tools to create, share, and track invoices through a web application hosted at invoicemo.app.
3. Account Registration
You must sign in using a valid Google or Facebook account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
InvoiceMo offers the following plans:
- Libre (Free): No charge. Invoices are not stored; PNG downloads only.
- Diskarte (₱499/month): Cloud storage, shareable links, dashboard, AI themes (5 credits/month).
- Negosyante (₱999/month): All Diskarte features plus live selling sessions, photo capture, auto-generated live invoices, printable item tags, unlimited contacts, and VA access.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in Philippine Peso (PHP). To subscribe or cancel, message us on our Facebook page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal transactions or fraud
- Impersonate other sellers or businesses
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Upload malicious files as payment proof
- Violate any applicable Philippine law or regulation
6. Content and Data
You retain ownership of all invoice data you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your data for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Public invoice pages (shareable links) are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not include sensitive personal information in invoice notes that you would not want visible to the recipient.
7. AI Features
AI-generated themes are created using the Claude API (Anthropic). Generated themes are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee that AI outputs will always meet your expectations. Credits are consumed per generation attempt regardless of whether you save the result.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses due to downtime, data loss, or service interruption.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
10. Limitation of Liability
InvoiceMo is not liable for disputes between sellers and buyers, failed payments, or business losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding a claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila.
